Registration & import
Completing registration and import requirements with the authorities, condition-controlled shipping, and customs clearance with complete documents.
Receipt & inspection
Checking conformity, pack integrity, expiry dates and lot numbers, and logging them in the inventory system before entry.
Storage & delivery
Storage per the manufacturer’s conditions in our licensed warehouse, dispatch on a first-expiry-first-out basis, and documented delivery with the batch record.
Traceability & accompanying documents
Dual-point logging: batch numbers and expiry dates are recorded systematically at warehouse intake and dispatch, enabling instant backward-tracking of any unit to its exact manufacturing batch and production run. Every delivery ships with a certified tax invoice, delivery note, and the manufacturer’s storage instructions.
